No Make-ups after August 1, 2012!

Students can pick-up their Certification Cards approximately 2-weeks after the class at
26750 Eastvale Road, Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA 90274 on the front porch.

If you lost your certs or need a replacement card, you must go to the Instructor for a duplicate.
Send an email request to Dee Keese. The cost is $50.00 for a duplicate card.
